大致是這樣
if A is not null then
   回傳A;
elsif B is not null then
  回傳B;
else
  回傳C;
end if;
 
與NVL2不太相同
NVL2(A,B,C)
if A is null then
  回傳B;
else
  回傳C;
end if;

在客製程式Form沒有作用!!
